Primary duties:

  • In-person visits to existing & new businesses.

  • Activity reports updated & turned in as appropriated.

  • Networking with existing & new clients to expand customer base.

  • Acquiring new business utilizing LN’s company-approved presentation.

  • Providing exceptional post-acquisition service to all active clients.

 

Prerequisites:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Minimum 1 Year Experience in Customer Service Field (preferred)

  • Comfortable with both phone & face-to-face conversation.

  • Professional Demeanor (dress attire, work-ethic, positive attitude)

  • High school Diploma (or equivalent)

 

 

Supervising Agent

 

This position is responsible for the direct management of a team of individuals responsible for field performance expectations including new business acquisition & exceptional service to our existing active client base.  Their work includes extensive field actionables & deliverables not only for their team but themselves. Supervising Agents also work hand in hand with the recruiting department, to find and train top notch Liberty National new hires. They provide these individuals with the needed guidance, support and encouragement during their first months working at The Radu Group. This position is an entry level management position, with ability to advance into executive leadership quickly. Supervising Agents also participate in accelerated management training, and are encouraged to be innovated and creative in their training & mentoring. Individuals interested in this role are put on a 90 day evaluation period to ensure managerial viability specific to business acquisition, recruitment, & agent training.

 

Primary duties:

  • New business acquisition.

  • Training of new Agents.

  • Supervising of Agent's daily activity.

  • Daily & Weekly reports on field activity.

  • Weekly Recruitment.

  • New Hire assessment.

 

Prerequisites:

  • Successful completion of 90 day evaluation period.

  • Minimum 2 Years in a leadership role (preferred not required).

  • Minimum 1 year experience in business prospecting.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred not required).
