Mallory began her career in Liberty National's Indianapolis office in 2008, right out of Purdue with a management and finance degree, in the middle of a recession. She finished as the number two Agency Director in 2013 and number one in 2014, then opened The Radu Group in February 2015. Her office has been a Globe Life Liberty National Council of Champions office in 2019, 2020, 2023 and 2024. Born in Chicago and raised in Crown Point, she is a mom of two boys, Ari and Mylo, and loves the gym, her church and travel.

Michael earned a chemical and biomolecular engineering degree from the University of Illinois, then worked as a process engineer at BP and as an interest rate and crude futures trader. He joined the agency for the chance to make an impact on so many families.

Allison joined The Radu Group in September 2018. She grew up in Morris and has lived in the suburbs her whole life. She listens closely to employers and employees alike, and wants every client interaction to be the best they have had with an insurance representative.

Kristina spent more than 20 years negotiating health care contracts for union groups and running health fairs before joining in July 2023. She believes in lifelong learning and in making sure every client understands their coverage.

Stephanie came from individual sales and loves the flexibility, support and advancement at TRG, and the team building outings most of all.

Kelley joined The Radu Group in May 2023. Raised in Lemont, she brings a passion for helping others and a keen eye for detail, and believes exceptional service means treating clients like family.

Corissa grew up in the Joliet area and started at The Radu Group at 18, growing into leadership with a focus on the young talent in the agency. She volunteers at her local YMCA and runs 5Ks.

Petros is from Chicago and lives in Bolingbrook. Before benefits he spent 28 years in law enforcement and years in security and guest service at Wrigley Field and Soldier Field. He is a village commissioner and a supporter of the Special Olympics.

Eva lives in Bolingbrook and came to The Radu Group from management and corporate training. She credits the culture Mallory fosters for her work life balance, and spends her free time as a baseball and soccer mom.

Rhaelind is from the Aurora area. She joined as an agent in October 2021 and moved up to Quality Manager, where she helps customers with billing and case needs with a calm, down to earth approach.
