Denise began her career with Liberty National Radu in December of 2017. Originally from the small town of Manistique in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. She relocated to the Chicago area about 16 years ago in 2002, after graduating from Lake Superior State University with a Bachelor of Nursing. She later attended and graduated from Thomas Edison State University with a degree in Operations Management.
Simply put, Denise gets great gratification in knowing that her work makes a difference. Protecting and serving families that may have felt they could not get and/or afford the products and services we offer. She is a self-described sponge and demonstrates that by absorbing all the information, training and coaching she receives and passing that on to others with her own insight and experience.
When Denise is not at work she enjoys drawing, spending time with her husband Michael and two sons Jacob & John playing hockey, and running. A random/fun fact about her is her childhood nickname of ‘Moo Moo’. This derives from the term muumuu, which is a loose fitting dress earned by frequently wear grandmothers when she was young, so the name stuck.
“Exceptional customer service to me, means that you go above and beyond what the member expects, you take that extra step to make them feel that you understand what they are going through and you want this to be the best experience they have ever had.”
