Shilpa, our Quality Manager at The Radu Group, has resided in Chicago for the past 7 Years. Originally, from Mumbai, India she and her family relocated to the U.S. where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. Shilpa has a passion for service, meeting & interacting with new people daily where she leverages her advanced communication skills & the ability to build long-term relations by rapport & engagement. This serves her well in her QM role as she is our customers’ primary point-of-contact. She audits & approves applications, works with businesses to confirm & ensure they have received the appropriate authorizations, pulls weekly QA reports for our organization, and insures all numbers are accurate & appropriated for the right individuals, customers, & businesses
When she is not at work she runs an online business out of her home, enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two sons, and socializing & laughing with close friends.
