Meet The Team
Mallory is the owner & founder of The Radu Group. She began her career in the Indianapolis office in 2008 after graduating from Purdue University. She has quickly ascended through the company ranks by ways of acquiring & retaining businesses & customers through an unwavering & passionate belief in our company, its products & services. In 2013 she finished as the #2 Agency Director at Liberty National. In 2014 she was the #1 Agency Director at Liberty National which led her to open her own office Feb of 2015 in Naperville IL. Mallory’s philosophy centers around customer devotion and backs it up with an unmatched work ethic making herself available & accountable at all times to the people she serves. Now as an owner of The Radu Group, her responsibilities are focused on serving the businesses, customers, & residents in the Chicago-land area as well as leading her team by delivering resources and on-going education for the betterment of their respective careers. Since opening her agency, she has been a top category leader 2 years in a row as well as a Council of Champions office both 2019 and 2020. Mallory was born in Chicago but raised in Crown Point IN. She is a dedicated mother and wife outside of work and when she has any free time, she also loves to vacation the globe especially when her travels take her to Romania to spend time with her husband’s family.
Allison joined The Radu Group in September of 2018. She grew up in Morris, IL, and has lived in the suburbs her whole life. She is great at her Job because she had a fantastic trainer and took the initiative to become well educated on our products and how we can help employees protect themselves, but most importantly their families.
Michael went to University of Illinois , Urbana-Champaign where he received his degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. His adaptability and leadership skills have made him a successful force in numerous industries. Starting as a process engineer at BP, later as an interest rate and crude futures trader, and ultimately here as Agency Director at the Radu Group. He joined the agency because of the opportunity to make an impact on the lives of so many families and protect their loved ones. Mike loves to cook, growing up with the frugal gourmet, and looks up to his food hero Anthony Bourdain. Mike loves to jam to frank sinatra while cooking a 4 course meal.
Michael began his career at The Radu Group in August 1 of 2016. He attained his Associates Degree from College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn and went on to receive his Bachelors from the University of South California. He later returned for post graduate studies in Pharmaceutical Management. Michael is a proud life-long resident of the Chicago-land area.
Corissa Nobels grew up in the Joliet area where she was an accomplished athlete and academic, graduating one year early. Corissa started at The Radu Group at 18 after her mother, Allison Bates, also an Agency Director, encouraged her to apply. After 4 months Corissa was promoted to Supervising Agent, and 1.5 years later was promoted to Agency Director. Corissa leads a team of 7 people, focusing on the young talent in the agency. She has a passion for helping people and is enjoys being active in the community- volunteering at her local YMCA, leading recruiting events for the company, & running 5k races. When not helping out with local causes, you can find Corissa on the basketball court, out in nature, or drawing.
Alex brings a unique & charismatic presence to The Radu Group. Originally from Bucharest, Romania; Alex was a world traveler working in the hospitality industry. Here he worked & served people of all different cultural backgrounds & demographics giving him the necessary communication & people-skills to thrive in his current managerial position
Ebony Ford grew up in Milwaukee WI, home of the Green Bay packers and Milwaukee Bucks. Champions breed champions. Ebony has 20 years of collection experience where she managed, trained and oversaw development in collections at Vanru Credit and Enterprise recovery systems. She is also a graduate of ministerial school, and feels this helps with building relationships with people and a deep empathy for those she works and comes in contact with. Ebony enjoys the ability to help and educate others about the importance of insuring what you love. She really enjoys her work and budding career at the Radu Group. Working for The Radu Group/Liberty National gives Ebony the the ability to soar with no limits and not be micromanaged as well as the opportunities to provide for her family. She plans on working her way up to becoming an Agency Director in the near future. In her spare time, Ebony dabbles in other entrepreneurial pursuits and volunteers for different ministries associated from her ministry school network. She also enjoys the simple pleasure of being around family and friends, and traveling and enjoying life with them.
Petros Kpangoutouso hails from the city of Chicago, IL. He attended college at SIU-C where he studied Aviation management and Aviation Flight. He then went on to become a pilot and an Air Traffic Controller. Petros then attended Robert Morris and Roosevelt University for a Masters in Public Administration and Masters in Business Administration with a concentration Human Resources. Petros was then sent for specialized training in criminal justice and interrogation and Gang intelligence. He has worked many jobs over the years such as: 18 years at Wrigley Field with Cubs, 10+ years at Soldiers Field with the Bears, worked security for numerous concerts and out door events ,and as security for multiple celebrities and dignitaries. Petros chose this field to try something new, “I was bored during covid and I chose to try it. I began to like it and realized it exercises and releases many skills you never knew you had! Plus the staff is like family everyone supports your endeavors.” And states “What makes me happy!? Mike Chong! Lol.” In the next 10 years Petros plans on getting his PHD in Organizational leadership to become a professor at a University. Petros also enjoys being active in the community. He is Commissioner of his Village, an active member of First Responder support groups and charities, supporter of Special Olympics, Law Enforcement Torch Run, and help teens transition from life of crime and streets to a life of positivity. Petros is proud to achieved Top Producer in the company for June 2021. Petros is most grateful for “A job that takes care of me! Awesome bosses! Friends in high and low places! A family that I love! still have the man above on my side!” Petros enjoys Familytime, Workout, relax beside the pool in his spare time.
Luis has been with our company since September of 2018. Luis was born and raised in Chicago. He uses his ability to think outside the box and put himself in the shoes of others to really understand his clients and help them find the best way to determine how he can address any need. When he’s not at the office Luis likes to spend his time building all sorts of things, doing some woodworking projects, and finding out about places you’ve never heard of. He also coaches his kids sports teams all throughout the season. He believes that exceptional customer service is making sure you’re always answering the call and tackling any problems head on.
Aaralynn is one of our newest Supervising Agents at The Radu Group. Aaralynn also went to school with Corissa and played basketball with her. She joined the team after being inspired by Corissa’s determination, drive, charisma and success here and has become successful in her own right. Aralynn’s hobbies include lashes, marketing, and other entrepreneurial side hustles. She is excited to start a YouTube channel, where she will vlog about beauty and lifestyle trends. When she’s not hustling Aralynn enjoys the company of friends.
Eva Skeate calls Hanover Park home. Her sociable approach and organic way of building rapport has strengthened her ability to not only establish a long term relationship with her clients, but most importantly, has helped guide her at identifying the best solutions to help out their families. Eva enjoys working for The Radu Group because it is a challenge and completely different from her previous career. Eva’s motivation everyday is the passion she brings to her work, she is stubborn and will not accept defeat. This drive helped her achieve #4 Supervising Agent of the company across country.. Eva is excited to begin her hobby of landscaping and to get a doodle once kids are grown. She also enjoys sports and is a White Sox fan. Eva enjoys attending the convention destinations and other travels that this opportunity has brought and can’t wait to experience more.

Samantha Weber was born in Albuquerque, NM but has lived in Shorewood, IL her whole life. Samantha was a mentor for Mentor 2.0 helping low-income and first-generation high school students with their academic success. She went to high school with Corissa and was inspired by her leadership to pursue a career at the Radu Group after graduating instead of starting off with college right away since it was the peak covid. Samantha is very goal oriented, and enjoys working for the Radu Group because her determination and performance have been quickly rewarded with a promotion into management in her first 5 months. Her future plan is to save for college to pursue a bachelors degree in social work and then masters degree in law and pass the bar exam to become a family mediator. For fun, Samantha enjoys hanging with friends, relaxing at her cozy home.
Rhaelind Evans grew up in the Aurora area of Chicagoland. She wanted to find a career that would be flexible with personal life and still be able to provide for her 2 year old daughter. She started as an agent in October of ’21 before moving into the role of Quality Manager in the Summer of ’22. She now uses her down to earth and calm demeanor to help out the customers of the Radu group with their billing and case needs. In her spare time, Rhaelind enjoys traveling and living a full life filled with many experiences. She enjoys experiencing the tastes and delicacies of other cultures.
Social Media Coordinator/Asst. Quality Manager
Hailey Quick is the Social Media Coordinator, Website Developer and Manager, and Assistant Quality Manager for The Radu Group in Chicago. Quick is a fine artist from South Louisiana. Utilizing both the figure and native Louisiana animals in her compositions, Hailey’s lithographs and etchings depict a complex personal narrative through a surreal lens. Her work has been featured in the publications: The Hand: Issue 19, Issue 27, Issue 28; California Printmakers Society: Variation on a Theme; Exclamation! Magazine Issue No. 5; Pulse Magazine "Inner Nature” Issue; and Kansas State University’s Seek Magazine Issue Fall 2020. Her work has placed 1st and 3rd in the “2019 New Impressions” and 3rd in the 2020 “New Impresssions” graduate competition, hosted by Speedball, 1st in “Printmaking in the Rockies and the Great Plains”, and has exhibited in multiple locations across the United States and Canada.
Alondra Salazar grew up in Aguascalientes, Mexico. She is a graduate of Aurora University with a degree in Business Administration. Alondra is excited to begin her career and gain professional experience. She enjoys learning about the business world. Her future plans include owning her own business and having a family. In her free time Alondra enjoys being with friends and family.
Amanda Sepe grew up in Downer grove, IL. She graduated Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and minor in Sociology. She is also a graduate of the College of DuPage and where she received an Associates in Arts. She graduated Summa Cum Laude, and was apart of three honor societies, Phi Theta Kappa, Psi Chi, and the president of Pi Gamma Mu. Amanda enjoys the people she gets to interact with at work and her co-workers. Everyday is different and fun. Her future plans are be to become a home owner and renovate it herself! She love decor and getting her hands on different projects. In her spare time Amanda enjoys hiking, taking bike rides, and going on very long walks every evening with her dog. She also enjoys plants and has a large collection of indoor and outdoor ones at home.
