Kristina Gaughan

Kristina is a life-long resident of the Chicagoland area where she has been involved with a variety of
volunteer and non-profit organizations. Before joining the Radu Group in July 2023, Kristina spent over
20 years negotiating health care contracts for the benefit of union groups. In addition, she spent over 10 years creating and running comprehensive health fairs for union members and their families.
 

Kristina chose to come to the Radu Group to have a more direct impact on helping families – not just in
obtaining needed insurance, but understanding that coverage. She’s looking for customers for life and
understands that means asking questions to identify needs and taking the time to make sure that the
client understands what they need and what we can provide and aligning the two.
 

Kristina is a believer in life-long learning and doesn’t hesitate to ask questions. She’s been a frequent
speaker on healthcare topics and enjoys traveling and history.
